Dear Unit Owners and Residents,

We are compiling a phone list to share with owners for emergency use. If you would like to be on this list, please supply any contact info you wish to share to the board.

Once completed, this list will be provided to all unit owners and will specify for emergency use only. Please note that this list is separate and independent of the residency information kept by the
management and is entirely optional.

Additionally, the fire department suggested that we invite owners to have a key in the emergency fire box. Only the fire dept has access to this box - the board and management does not. This will assist the fire dept in cases of emergency.

If you are interested in participating, please let a board member or the management know.
