Illegal Dumping
We have had a recent problem with pulling cars up and dumping trash in our dumpster. This has recently caused issues with overfilling. If you see this happen, please get a plate number along with color, make and model, if possible, and report it to the board and management.

Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the police, if it is serious, and to the board and management promptly. We have cameras that only hold 48 hours footage so it is important we are informed quickly.

Parking Lot Safety
In the past, we have had an issue with car break ins. With the warm weather in full swing, please lock your car doors and never leave valuables in your car. Keep in mind that once a criminal finds a single car in the parking lot unlocked, even if there’s no valuables, the entire parking lot becomes a target. A few summers ago, we had multiple cars entered on each of 5 different nights. We do not wish to repeat that.

Giving Away Items
If you have items you wish to give away, please place a notice on the bulletin board. Do not leave items in common areas.

Hose Usage
After using the hose, please put it neatly away. It was left out recently and nearly caused an injury to an owner entering the building at night. Also, pools are forbidden and are not an approved use of the
hose.
