Smoking
There is no smoking in any common element of the building or grounds with the exception of the Northend St door where there is an acceptable refuse container for cigarette butts. We ask that owners who choose to smoke in their unit exercise extra caution to avoid fires. Please also keep in mind that smoke from inside your unit can escape into the hallway and affect other owners. This could result in fines from the association.

Fire Safety
There have been several fires in our neighborhood. Please be careful with cigarettes, electricity, candles, and other causes of fires

Parking Lot Safety
In the past, we have had an issue with car break ins. With the warm weather in full swing, please lock your car doors and never leave valuables in your car. Keep in mind that once a criminal finds a single car in the parking lot unlocked, even if there are no valuables, the entire parking lot becomes a target. A few summers ago, we had multiple cars entered on each of 5 different nights. We do not wish to repeat that.

Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the police, if it is serious, and to the board and management promptly. We have cameras that only hold 48 hours footage so it is important we are informed quickly.

Giving Away Items
If you have items you wish to give away, please place a notice on the bulletin board. Do not leave items in common areas.

Hose Usage
After using the hose, please put it neatly away. Also, pools are forbidden and are not an approved use of the hose.
