Pickering North Condominium

The association has a new set of condominium by-laws that will soon be voted upon. If approved, these by-laws will replace the old ones.

We have provided many unit owners with a copy to review in advance via email. We have not been able to email you a copy because we do not have your email address.

The document is more than 30 pages and we were hoping to use email as much as possible to save the association on paper costs.

Kindly email the board and we will provide you with an email copy. In the coming weeks, you will also receive a voting sheet with a summary of notable changes between the old and new by-laws.
