May 9, 2013 - Trash, Recycling and Contractors
PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY!
If you are the party responsible for the furniture next to the dumpster, please remove your items promptly.
If there is cardboard, building materials and/or other prohibited materials in the dumpster, the trash collectors are prohibited from emptying it and required to issue a fine to Pickering North.
This fine will be up to $250.00 and must be paid before the dumpster will be emptied.
Fines will not be paid from the general funds. Instead we will require the offending unit owner(s) to pay the fine.
If you have any work done in your unit you must negotiate with the contractor to haul away all cardboard, building materials and appliances. Anyone who is seen dumping these items in violation will be issued a fine which will be in addition to any fine levied by the city of Salem. Additionally, owners are responsible for their own contracted workers at all times and for the cleaning/repair of any common areas dirtied or damaged by the contractors.
