Nov 1, 2011 - Window Repair

Dear Unit Owners and Residents,

On Saturday, October 22nd, 2011, there was a disagreement between a resident and a visitor that resulted in a broken window in the main lobby area.

The board was contacted by Salem Police and we have turned over our camera surveillance footage. It is reported that this is an isolated incident and we do not anticipate any further problems.

The cost of repairs has been billed to the appropriate unit owner and we will be seeking to issue a no-trespass order to the individual responsible for breaking the window.
